The hotel’s location is convenient as it’s situated near various shopping malls and restaurants, making it easier to find a place to eat. The hotel also provides transportation services that make it more accessible than regular taxis. the staff is accommodating and provides extra mile service, such as prompt delivery of iron and ironing board to the rooms.

The reliability of the WiFi in some rooms seems to be an issue.

The TV did not support playing movies and the hotel staff gave a weak excuse. The check-in process was slow and my room was not ready even though I arrived at a reasonable hour.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the Serpong area. The location is perfect, with easy access to the nearest shopping mall on the main road. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. The rooms had a simple contemporary design, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The temperature in the rooms was just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. The delightful breakfast included in the package was a wonderful way to start the day. I also appreciated that they provided bottled water, making it convenient for guests on the go.

I had a great time staying at a hotel near a popular shopping center with numerous restaurants within walking distance. My room was well-prepared, welcoming, and had a working air conditioner. The addition of a complimentary fruit cake and breakfast spread was appreciated.
